How Lauren Reneé Visited 9 Countries in Less Than a Year as a Paid Lifestyle and Travel Influencer

Dream Job

Support is always wanted, but it’s not always necessary to accomplish your goals, and Lauren Reneé knows that. At just 26 years old, Reneé is living in her dream city, working her dream job, and enjoying every day, all because she took a chance on herself.

As a lifestyle and travel influencer, Reneé has partnered with multiple brands, including her most recent deal with Aussie. But before the brand deals and living in San Francisco, Reneé was in her hometown of Indiana attending college for a degree in telecommunications. She hated it and decided to switch her major to apparel design. It had been just two weeks since graduating from college when Reneé packed her bags and moved to California.

Reneé said her family and friends told her it was a big risk, but she knew that she wanted more in life.

“It’s also a risk to stay where I am and be unhappy,” Reneé said.

She has been living in California since the beginning of 2023.

At first, Reneé was doing everything that she could to grow her following, including networking and taking on whatever brand deals came her way. By the end of 2024, the deals kept coming; it became too much, so she signed with Agency 28 after they approached her.

“There hasn’t been a down moment,” Reneé said.

Betting on Herself

Since betting on herself and committing to becoming a lifestyle and travel influencer, Reneé traveled to six countries in less than a year in 2025. Through a partnership with EF Ultimate Break, Reneé traveled abroad for the first time, visiting multiple places including Denmark, Sweden, Brazil, Greece, Rome, and Portugal.

“It completely changed my life,” Reneé said. “For so long I waited on this era of my life…because for so long I was waiting for my dreams to hit reality.”

Before being flown around the world, Reneé traveled solo across the country to destinations such as Florida, Oregon, and Washington.

For Reneé, every day feels magical.

“I feel successful today,” she said.
